One of the hardest parts in looking for legal help is deciding who to trust. Many firms ask for your trust from the instant you walk through their door. Here at Gayler  - Law Firm, we don't ask for your trust - we earn it. This is our approach.

We value substance over style; results over fees; long-term over short; realistic advice over false hope; shorts over ties; and most importantly, people over everything. This is what makes us tick, and it means several things for folks who walk through our door.

If you bring an issue to us, we'll assess whether we can help before promising the world. If we can't help, we'll recommend a trusted firm that can. We're not here to waste your time and money; the point of our practice is not to squeeze every penny from every client. So we deliberately don't handle everything, but if we do a job for you we'll do the best possible job. Our clients are loyal to us, because we're loyal to them.

When you come to us, personal service is guaranteed. The person responsible for your file looks after you at the beginning, the middle and the end. If you need to speak to the solicitor handling your file then you speak to them. They will answer the phone and if they are not in the office, they will call you back. Simple. Personal. Effective.

We're not so obsessed with our own importance that we can't recognise how your legal affairs affect your life. Every issue is different and often our clients have never encountered their particular issue before. All too often the law is presented as mysterious and technical, the stuff of gowns, wigs, jargon and formality. We don't work like that. Processes and technicalities are explained at every step.
